Founded by Christine Elizabeth Crowle, a seasoned healthcare professional and former lecturer, Alpha Virtual Assistants Agency is deeply rooted in a singular, transformative experience. My extensive use of virtual assistants across global agencies since 2018 exposed a consistent challenge: a lack of specific expertise in the healthcare and medical fields. Each agency I engaged, spanning from India, Australia, United Kingdom to the United States, failed to meet the specialized needs of my healthcare business, requiring me to start training from scratch - an inefficient and frustrating process.
The real turning point came during a personally challenging time in 2023, when I was frequently traveling to the United States to be with my twin brother, Christopher, during his terminal illness. It was then that the deficiencies of a traditional VA service became painfully clear. Despite promises of "fully vetted and trained" VAs, the reality was far from it. The lack of specialized training in healthcare not only added to my stress but hindered my ability to focus on what truly mattered during my brother's final days.
Moved by my experiences and driven by my twin's encouragement, I envisioned a different kind of VA agency—one that would not just fill a gap but excel at it. Christopher’s words, "Just do it, Christine. You are already doing it," echoed in my dreams even after his passing in August 2023. This profound insight from someone so dear to me sparked the birth of Alpha Virtual Assistants.
